Dr. Marissa Keesler is a specialist in the field of orthodontics. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1987 graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Keesler attended dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. In 1989, she graduated from Marquette University with a certificate and a Master of Science degree in Orthodontics, obtaining the highest distinction from orthodontic school as well.

Dr. Keesler has been an adjunct professor in the Marquette Graduate Orthodontic Department for over 10 years. She speaks fluent Spanish and lectures nationally and internationally on various orthodontic topics. Dr. Keesler is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and many other local and national dental and orthodontic societies such as the Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Keesler is also among an elite group of orthodontists worldwide achieving Diplomate status by the American Board of Orthodontics. She has been in specialty practice since 1989 and has had a full-time private practice in the Fox Valley since 1992. Several of her research and clinical work has been published in orthodontic journals and university textbooks.

In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and playing the piano. Dr. Marissa and her husband, Dr. Jeff, enjoy all kinds of summer and winter activities that allow them to spend time with their son, Calvin and twin daughters, Halle and Dana.
