The staff here are very welcoming when you walk in! During appointments the assistant explains everything they are going to be doing and how it will straighten your teeth (I really enjoyed this as I'm an engineer). The orthodontist was very kind and even cracked a few jokes here and there! Whenever I had a wire shift, I was able to get in right away so my treatment plan wasn't prolonged. I really enjoyed this ortho and will recommend all my friends to them!
